How to Become a Vendor
Advanced registration for returning vendors and new vendors wanting to sell farm products (produce, meats, eggs) is open from March 7th - March 28th.

All others may register after March 28th

The Front Royal Farmers' Market Vendor Registration Packet
Vendor registration documents have been consolidated into one document for the 2011 season.  The Front Royal Farmers' Market Vendor Registration Packet contains many items familiar to previous vendors, including a Registration Checklist, the 2011 Rules and Regulations, Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement, and 2011 Vendors Product Certificate.

Rules and Regulations
The Rules and Regulations are intended to make it as easy as possible for producers to sell their products directly to the general public while maintaining the integrity of the market.  The success of our market depends on the active participation and cooperation of our many and varied vendors.  The Rules and Regulations document explains how to become a registered Vendor for the 2011 Market season.  Please read this document in it's entirety.

Vendors Product Certificate
The Vendors Product Certificate is used to document what products are intended to be sold, and to ensure that all products originate within a 150-mile radius of Front Royal, VA.  This must be completed before a vendor can sell at the Market.

Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement
The Hold Harmless Agreement means that the producer will hold Downtown Front Royal, Inc, the Town of Front Royal and Warren County harmless concerning product liability or other factors that relate specifically to the vendor’s business practice.  This must be completed before a vendor can sell at the Market.
